Welcome to Little Bugs Childminding
Little Bugs is a Childminder run, home from home, child care setting in Devizes, Wiltshire. At Little Bugs I focus on putting the children first and making sure they have everything they need to grow into well rounded, healthy, happy little people.
Children are encouraged to discover and learn through play and activities inspired by the seasons and the natural world. Outside play is a big focus at Little Bugs and I have an excellent outside space with a covered play area, perfect for rainy days.
Situated on the outskirts of Devizes, I am just 7 minutes from the centre of town with plenty of parking, making it easy to drop off and collect your child. Opening hours are 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.

Hello, I'm Catherine!
I'm an Ofsted registered childminder, early years practitioner and mummy to a 3 year old fairy goblin princess and an 12 month old smiley little boy. I spend my days with my children, playing, tending to the garden, walking and baking both make believe and real cakes and yummy treats.
I started childminding in 2019 shortly after my daughter was born. I previously worked in central London as a project manager and safe guarding administrator, but wanted to create a life style that would be supportive of my family and allow me to be creative and work from home. I have always loved spending time with little ones and I love childminding! As a a mum to two small children, i know how important it is to ensure that they receive the best care, I use my experience as a parent to ensure give the best level of care and attention to all the children at little bugs.
Food
Delicious healthy meals
Food is a big part of little bugs and each day we serve up at least 5 portions of fruit and veg across breakfast, snacks, lunch and tea. All of our meals are vegetarian and home cooked.
The Setting
Home from Home
Little bugs is run from my family home, a cosy place where children can relax and play together. We have a big garden with lots of space for children to run around, explore and be themselves. Were very lucky to live so close to Drew's Pond nature reserve and we can often be found exploring the wood there.
